This qualification is designed for those working in Customer Service To achieve this qualification, candidates must complete four mandatory units which cover: give customers a positive impression; deliver reliable customer service; develop customer relationships; and resolve customer service problems. Candidates must also complete one unit from a choice of four optional units which cover: support improvements; develop personal performance; promote additional products or services; and process customer service information.
